Philosophy
At White Cat Wellness, we believe your body knows what it needs. Highly-individualized sessions allow you to take what works for you and leave the rest. Sessions provide you time and space to find what yogic practices connect to you-mind, body and spirit. Our philosophy is rooted in traditional yogic practices, leading to improvement in both physical and mental health through mindful, clinically-proven solutions designed for your unique journey towards holistic balance.
Clients can expect a combination of services based on their individual goals, typically involving pranayama, asana and guided meditation. Sessions include instruction for continued self-practice between meetings and regular check-ins between sessions.
We offer convenient virtual and in-home sessions within the DMV.

Hi, I'm Hanna :)
I first experienced yoga in my teen years and thought of it simply as a workout. It wasn't until years later, while backpacking through India in 2023, I decided to finally get my yoga teacher training certificate. I feel so lucky to have completed my training in Rishikesh, India because I was able to learn from incredible teachers in the birthplace of yoga. Suddenly, yoga was so much more than asana poses. I discovered a passion for meditation, pranayama, sound healing, holistic eating and the yogic set of morals and values, all culminating in a total shift in my emotional hygiene and a greater sense of purpose. You will discover that yoga is not only a challenge to strengthen the body, but also the mind. I have since continued to travel, taught in studios all over the world, and focused on collecting life experiences. I find myself often returning to Rishikesh to continue my education in yogic and Ayurvedic practices. I aim to bring an attitude of fun, challenge, consciousness and self discovery to each yoga session.
